How Sessions Work

We live in a busy world with a 24 hour culture. It is easy to become overwhelmed, overthink and feel that you are time deficient, so let me help you simplify things. “Time is the most precious commodity” so I have set up my services to work around you and your lifestyle.

The first step

The first step is arranging a face to face ‘initial consultation’ that should take around 20 minutes. I’m sure you want to get to know me and see if we could work well together, I also want to get to know you and determine whether we can cultivate a fruitful professional relationship. If a face to face session is impossible, we can do this over the phone or video call – but face to face is preferential.

Afterwards, we shall figure out a bespoke plan of action that works for you. This needs to be realistic and work within your time constraints, so whatever that looks like to you we will make it happen. This could be having a weekly evening phone call, a weekend video call or having more occasional sessions.

Perhaps you have a big event coming up at work, or you are currently working through some personal issues and you need more sessions surrounding this. Maybe you need a shorter daily check in via whatsapp to keep you on track. Whatever it is we can figure something out that works for you, via a means of communication that is convenient and fits in with your current state and lifestyle.

Coaching Sessions Available:  

  • 30 mins – Ideal for those times when speaking is a stretch and you want to WhatsApp, or you need a quick boost – this was created especially for you.
  • 1 hour – The most popular option, perfect as a regular weekly session.
  • 1.5 hours – Sometimes you just want to get to your goal quicker, or have a more comprehensive session.

Sessions can be arranged daily, weekly, monthly or any other interval that works for you.
